Nightmare Before Christmas came out in 1993, I saw it in the theater 3x, twice back to back. I was working at Newbury Comics and we all thought it was brilliant, quoting it, blasting the songs in the store, I am sure we drove people crazy.  This evening it was on and my son and I watched it. Considering the technology and all 20 years ago, it still looks incredible. Now I know it is a Disney property, I will forgive that. A brilliant movie is brilliant even if it has a Disney logo at the end, but this is Tim Burton’s creation, it’s his masterpiece, based off a poem he wrote while working for Disney. This is Jack’s second time in the collection this year. He was my pumpkin shot 021/365 for Halloween back in October. This is one our favorite Christmas Tree decorations, that always gets prime real estate somewhere in the front. Go watch the movie, learn the songs, spread the word of the Pumpkin King.
