A new tradition was started today, Pre-Thanksgiving dinner with my wife’s family. For many years her whole family would gather for dinner on Thanksgiving at her Aunts house.  I remember the first time I went when we were only dating, tables stretching from room to room, I believe there was a microwave one year in a corner set up to warm the food that took the mile long trip around the table to get to you. Over the years families (including mine) splintered off to start their own traditions. Well, this was a great way to get us all back in the same place for the season.  There were 42 people, each family bringing a dish or two to share.  My wife made Turkey and Stuffing Bites with Cranberry Dipping Sauce, check out the recipe.  They were great the sauce was excellent, I snuck it on some other foods too. Thanks to Barbara for hosting, it was great to see everyone. You can’t go wrong practicing for Thanksgiving.
