Today was a trip to Peggy’s Cove in Halifax. It poured, and I did not bring a raincoat… I was soaked. The good news is it stopped raining as soon as we were back on the bus. I did not get many shots, but I got the best I could. We took a tour with a guide who talked about the history of Halifax.  Did you know every death in Canada originated from Halifax?  Every story begins with a boat sinking, blowing up, going missing and ends with homeless/nameless kids, thousands of houses being destroyed or everyone in Canada dying. Very beautiful place, very depressing stories.

Then back on the boat for dinner, horse mask fun and Danny’s debut as the next top karaoke singer. He brought the house down with his solo rendition of Living on a Prayer and then later with his duet with Mom on Don’t Stop Believing.
