Lego Jack

This is Lego Thor, behind him is Jack. Jack owns Thor. Young Jack is a friend of mine, who happens to have a very impressive Lego collection. In the past I have had the honor of photographing a few of them. Lego Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Thor and the Hulk, and the Flash to name a few. Most I have had to photograph in his presence, some I was able to borrow. Now “borrowing” is a big deal to a young kid, I remember what it was like to not know where some of my favorite things were when I was his age. The beauty of being a kid is… if I want to play with my Flash Lego Figure at 2:59 on a Thursday, well I can… unless it was borrowed. That could ruin a whole day, or at least 5 minutes until I found Lego Thor, or Lego Spider-man, or Lego Batman, even Lego Stan Lee. Jack has been very generous with his sharing. I have a few I need to photograph for this coming #toywednesday and get them back to him. In the meantime enjoy a few shots below that Jack allowed me to photograph, in his room, on the foot-board of his bed, under watchful supervision. I need to earn trust, Jack is a wise little man.
