This was dinner, so I made it the dailypic. I wanted to shoot from prep to plate. I reviewed the shots with my wife (the chef) and she took an exception to all the photos with uncooked meat. You would think they were nudes. I do not understand… if you are offended by the naked, uncooked chicken I am deeply sorry… for you. It is 2014, I think we can show naked, uncooked chicken on the interwebs, that is what it is for. Beware, there are other photos below.
