Cold night, frozen pond, five firefighters, some steel wool, whisks, chains, and lots of laughs. Thanks to Medway’s finest for their assistance in a fun photo session. Apologies to anyone who drove by Choate Park last night and thought Dr. Strange was appearing in the middle of the pond. For the record, the appropriate authorities were notified ahead of the session, and this might be one of those do not try at home type of things. Next time I might do it earlier, closer to dusk to still have some ambient light in the back. Though the ice was perfect for the bouncing of embers, many of which landed on me at times. I was safe though since I was surrounded by firefighters. Thank you again for the help.
