I’ve wanted to shoot a series like this for years, last year I reached out to Medway Fire Department to see if they wanted to be involved. Not only did they want to be part of it, but they also invited me up to the station to shoot it. Steel wool, stainless steel whisks, chain and a willing subject, dressed for safety shot with a wide angle lens and long exposures. After weeks of delays due to rain, we finally had a night that worked. We had hecklers yelling America! as they drove by, I am sure it was a sight to see with the station being at the intersections of two main roads. Thanks to  Lieutenant Tracy for partnering with me on this and Firefighter Lennon for spinning like a pro.
