Did you know June 7th, 2013 is National Doughnut Day? I bet if Homer were real he would know. From Wikipedia: National Doughnut Day is on the first Friday of June each year, succeeding the Doughnut Day event created by The Salvation Army in 1938 to honor the women who served doughnuts to soldiers during World War I.
I love donuts, plain and glazed are my favorites. I did not have any though… I thought about it. I figured I should have gotten some for photos, for the art, but then I remembered Homer had one. I really wish I had one, or 6…
