The Robin

I swear this thing is a ventriloquist. I sit in my kitchen and it sits on the fence everyday, today it let me take the photo, most the time it flies away. I always hear it’s voice, it is a very subtle squawk, not squeak, very quiet like. Even though I see it’s bird lips, beak, mouth thing, open – it does not move, it just opens a bit – it never seems like the squawk is coming for the bird. It sounds as if it is come from the other side of the yard. It is so subtle it takes its time to be heard. That is not a ventriloquist, is it… nope, stupid on my part… I mean “I swear this thing throws it’s voice…” that should be the opening line, I am not going back and rewriting this, I really should had thought this through, I have too much to do. The Robin throws its voice, with it’s bird lips, that don’t move. Blog done.

If that’s a robin he must be a master of disguise as well as a ventriloquist!!!! But maybe I just can’t see if he has a red breast!!
