I love comic book movies, I am not a Superman fan at all, yet Superman II (1980) is one of my favorite movies of all time. It might be that I was 7 when it came out, or that there was really nothing like it back then. At the same time, the last Superman movie from 2006 is probably my least favorite comic book movie, what a horrible piece of crap that was.  I look forward to seeing The Man of Steel this weekend. I hope they can get it right, though I do not have high hopes… maybe Marvel can make a Superman movie, they would know how to do it right.
