Today marks the close of the 16th year of the dailypic — 5,844 days, 16 full years. A sunset feels like the right image to mark the bookmark. It’s wild when I stop and think about it (which, honestly, I don’t do much anymore — at least not about the numbers; I still think in general). I crossed the big hump at day 5,000, and since then it’s felt like autopilot. March will bring 6,000 days. I always get a little itchy at the round numbers, but I think we’ll make it.
