He responded back to me quickly and was super easy to converse with. Any questions or concerns I had he always got back to me, and there was no stress. Before my wedding he sent me a questionnaire to fill out. I thought it was perfect to let him know exactly what my husband and I were looking for. This reassured me that he knew what we wanted and that he was going to make it happen. We signed our contract with him for 5 hours of service and shortly before the wedding I changed my mind and wanted to add another hour and Tim was great. He had no issue with that.
