This a post I have been avoiding for a few days, but the messages and texts have been coming in, and I owe so many people responses. Friday night, somewhere between 8 and 8:30, we were surprised by a small fire in our house. The incredible people of Medway Fire and Police (with other towns assisting) answered my wife’s call to 911 as I tried unsuccessfully to contain the fire myself. Thank you to the Medway Fire and Police Departments. Knowing them all as I do, I would expect nothing but the best, but to see them in action in your own house is a whole different experience. We were lucky they limited it to a bathroom, but it is amazing how fast the smoke made it throughout the house. Barbie and I are fine. Argus and Reyka are fine, and my studio and ALL my equipment are fine (that has been a big concern in the messages). This will be nothing more than an inconvenience for a bit, one I am not looking forward to, but it could have been far worse. We are working with Gentili and Rossini Associates, Public Insurance Adjusters out of Franklin, to keep the stress level under control. Our second time working with them. This time, our rep is a fellow graduate of my high school class, Andrew Walsh, who I could not recommend more. Thank you all for the messages we have gotten.

I’m so sorry, Tim, and glad you and your family are safe and sound. We went through this years ago; it’s not fun but you will get through and be even better than before. Thank you for the beautiful pictures you took of my grandchildren! Happy Christmas.
So sorry to hear about the fire especially so close to Christmas but so happy not one was hurt and the fire didn’t spread to your entire home.
Glad you are all safe Tim!
So sorry for what happened but everyone is so grateful that no one was hurt.❣️
