Went out exploring today. I met up with my friend and talented photographer Don this morning, and we froze in arctic winds on the NH shoreline watching for Snowy Owls. One was found, I would have enjoyed getting closer or some flight shots, but it was still very cool. I have never seen a Snowy in person, so that was enough for me, and I like the few photos I got. Winter’s not over, and I may try again. I need to get out more and shoot. This time of year is always hard to stay motivated with the camera, especially when there is no snow. Suggestions are always welcome, have a favorite winter spot or subject?
