This week Al Yankovic turned 60. Happy Birthday, sir, thank you for being a significant part of the soundtrack that shaped me as a kid. I learned about so many bands through his parodies on the Dr. Demento show via my transistor radio. If they ever honor the good Doctor Ruth Westheimer with a Pop figure, I will honor her next for teaching me many things via that transistor radio too.
