Each year, the day after Thanksgiving, we cut down our tree. Since Danny was born we have gone to Vandervalk Farm in Mendon to pick it out. This year Dan did the cutting, with some help from Mom, it was fun to just stand and watch, though I did have to get down on the ground for the photo. Usually the ground is muddy and wet, but of course since I was not the one with the saw it was dry.
