I appreciate suggestions, after 3195 days, sometimes other people’s ideas are better than mine. I received an email asking me for a photo of a bridge today. I will let Sarah explain why:
July 2nd is ACC Awareness Day. My son Nathan copes with an extremely rare brain abnormality called Agenesis of the Corpus Callosum (ACC), where the center part of the brain, the bridge between the 2 hemispheres, never develops in utero. The national organization chose July 2nd a day of awareness for the 1 in 3,000 people who live with the challenges of this condition, as it is the halfway mark of the year.
Thanks for considering it – and for the daily smile/inspiration/reflection in the daily pic.

As fate would have it, I ended up in Cambridge looking at the Longfellow Bridge today. It was high noon, hot, humid and hazy. Not the ideal time for a photo but I could not miss the opportunity to meet this request. For more info on this brain abnormality you can click here. The more we know the more we can help. Thank you Sarah.
