Today a sign was added to the gallery/studio at 243 Village St. A modest shingle to let those interested, know where I am. Some know, some may not, timricephoto is not my first business, I once owned a one hour film lab – The Photo Shop (where TC Scoops is today), in the Medway Plaza. I developed film, click here to enjoy the wiki page on film if you were born too late, before there was no need for such a service. The then local artist and Medway resident, Tom Lamont, made my shop’s signs, so it seemed right to have him make this new one almost 20 years later. If you are from Medway I am sure you have seen more of his work around town. Remember the nice blue wood Welcome to Medway signs – the ones recently replaced, those were his too. I know there are more around, and now there is one more. I like the history that connects my old signs to the new one.

You can come see it next Saturday in person if you like. The gallery will be open for one last Open House for all your gift shopping. More details to come, but there are a TON of photos for sale, books, fun stuff just to browse through. I will even be offering Santa Hat, One Bulb photos in the studio. Saturday, December 19th, 10-3.
