The Honorable Lady Reykjavik – we like big names. You can call her ‘Reyka’. The third Rice Bernese Mountain Dog. The family took a road trip to the breeder, the same breeder from which we got Josephina Smalls the Great and Sir Argus Fezzik the Giant. Reyka greeted me with a wagging tail while her other two sisters quietly watched. It did not take much time for the rest of the family to fall for her. She also has a unique white stripe running down her back, it was hard to say no, it was harder not taking them all. Reyka will be home with Argus – who has no clue yet, don’t tell him – in 10 days, March 17th. Getting up early, puppy teeth, house training, I look forward to it all, I really do.

I have a grand-dog also named Reyka. She has won my heart. Maybe they will have to meet someday.
