In my head I remember watching the Merv Griffin Show as a kid and seeing this image at the end of his show, with the announcer saying “Guests of the Merv Griffin Show stay at the Beverly Hills Hilton”. I could be remembering this wrong, I know Merv owned this place, the street that leads to the door is named after him, but with a few Google searches I can not verify the memory. Either way, I am staying here for the week. I had lunch here today and I believe the actress who plays CeeCee on New Girl was sitting a few tables over, then they were shooting scenes for the Ray Donovan show on Showtime. Best part… it is 30 degrees warmer than home. Here are some more from my walk around Beverly Hills.
