The timestamp of the photo says it all. This is Rte 495 facing North between exits 18 and 19, the main artery in my part of the state. Below I have downtown Milford, standing in the middle of Main St. while the light is green at 8am. Above Medway at 9am. Traffic is light. Everywhere.
