Today was the 2019 Local Music Awards, I have lost count how many I have been to, 7, 8. The local music community has been a big part of my life, it is filled with incredibly talented people. This year my son Dan performed. All the acts were collaborations, and Dan did a duet with Kendo. When I started taking photos of this event, Dan was 11, and now he is on the stage holding his own some impressive acts. I am so grateful for how welcoming this community is to him. He has learned so much and made great friends, thanks to Kendo for playing with him, it was awesome. Video below.
