the dailypic 3438 yr10 151 Yippee ki-yay Melon Farmer

I was roaming around a Newbury Comics the other day and there sat John McClane in the New section of Funko Pops. I thought my friend Ray would like him for his man cave, his birthday is this weekend, he is helping me out at my Cuba show, I grabbed it for him. It sat in the studio for a few days, taunting me… John wanted his picture taken. Is it rude to open something you are giving to another person as a gift, then repackage it? So I decided I would ask to borrow it back, but that seemed even more rude. So I figured if I am going to open it, we are doing a photo worthy of being the gift, more than the figure. Next thing I know I am duct taping an old pane of glass from a broken frame so when I smash it with the ball peen hammer it won’t shatter all over the studio.  Few pieces of wood left over from the barn build, the cold air return as a backdrop and broken glass placed at his bare feet wearing gloves.  Natural light from the late afternoon sun, with a reflector hitting the glass to light up the outside of ‘Nakatomi Plaza’. Yippee ki-yay Melon Farmer (got to keep it PG for the audience), then back in the box. Added to the gift bag a printed/framed version of this photo. Not rude right?
