When I was in Lebanon, Kansas, over the summer, I discovered a little shop in town called Main Street Mercantile that ships meat. I figured, why not have a little Kansas delivered to Massachusetts?
Our first shipment arrived last week, and we’ve been eating well ever since. So far, we’ve had wings, some incredible steaks, and tonight, these butterfly pork chops. They were awesome. And the best part? The freezer is still full.
I went to Kansas to take photos, made some friends and I also found a meat supplier. No complaints. The trip that keeps giving.
