Over the last two days, I have had three sessions in the same spot – up at the high school in town. Setting up for the first one yesterday, early in the morning, I saw a huge web buried between some bushes, with the spider curled up in the middle, wet from the morning dew. Since then, I have given this particular spider three sessions, complete with a fancy camera, off-camera lighting, the works – not sure it appreciates the attention though. It’s like my secret little model. In the middle of a crowded area, yet the 150 kids I have photographed in that spot have no idea it is there. Probably best for both the kids and the spider.

Hmmmm, I suspect you had few friends growing up and did a lot of “ alone time “ in your closet . The result , a tremendous ability to find what others would not and appreciate and photograph it for all to see! Thank you !!! Amazing photos as always !!
