I know I post a lot of posters; I like them, but I will admit this one made me jump out of my skin. I have been printing and packaging hundreds of school photo orders this week. Using up photo mailers that I buy in bulk once a year. I got to the last stack and grabbed them without really looking, and there was this guy nesting on the back of the stack. I was not ready for him. It was huge; my key was all I had in my pocket to make a quick comparison. I took him downstairs to see if I could take his portrait. I got one before things got “complicated.” Let’s say sitting still was not part of his plans, and me having him loose in the studio with kids coming was not my plan. This is his only professional photo before he was shown the door.
