Today, I started as the Medway High School photographer. School ID photos all day. I have been working with the school for years, but this was a huge step in our partnership. I thank the school for adding me instead of the national company this year. I now luckily have two awesome schools, Tri-County and Medway High. Not bad for a one-man small business. With the support of some of the local PTO we were on a roll today right on schedule. I have created my own custom processes that allow me to compete in this space, and I challenge myself to offer better customer service. Today went great, makes even better when I know these kids, so many have been in front of my camera many times over the years. The one above has had me taking his photo since he was born… my nephew Thomas, who is now a Senior. I still made him announce his name when he stood in front of me. I can always count on a great smile from him. Back tomorrow for round two.
