All the weddings I get to attend are special – som might just be a bit more than others though. It is very rare I get to wear a hat other than the photographer. I was the officiant for my brother six years ago, and yesterday, I was a groomsman for my friend Jay as he married another of my favorite people, Dawn. I still got to be the photographer with my incredible assistant Megan, allowing me to get in some photos, too.
A perfect day a long time coming. I am far more comfortable with a camera around my neck than a tie. I got to have both. Congratulations to Jay and Dawn, and thank you for the honors. We will celebrate this day forever—way to be wed.
