Thank you for all the messages about yesterday’s post. It was overwhelming. Hard to follow up posts that get a lot of attention, so here is Big Blue the Herron that hangs at the local pond. I could watch him all day.

A graceful animal to watch
During the drought he hung around Sanford Mill all day and sometimes at night. Now I see him at Choate Park. He is magnificent and I too never tire of watching him except for when he catches his food.
