Saturday Night Live had a sketch this past weekend, blaming the new Spider-Man movie for the country’s state and the current round of C OVID. It had “Biden” begging Americans to stop seeing Spider-Man No Way Home. It was kind of funny. Check it out here. So anyway I went to see the movie today. The third time, still a great film. I have seen it with each person in my family, and we are rarely all together, so it is how it worked out. Today was a great day with my daughter. It had me thinking how many movies I have seen in the theater three times right after it came out. It is a rare thing. Pulp Fiction, Natural Born Killers, The Nightmare Before Christmas, and Ghost, I think that is it. Yes, Ghost with Patrick Swayze. That one is my record, I not only saw that three times but three times in one day. The Natick Cinema got the theater for an early matinee and stayed until the last show. I would think Ghost would cause more problems than Spider-man.
