Medway Parks and Recreation held Paddle Day at Choate Park today. Canoes, Kayaks, and Paddle Boats, all free thanks to the sponsorship of Medway Lions Club. I learned to swim in that pond decades ago – no swimming there anymore, probably a wise choice – but I have never been on the water until today. There will be another chance on August 19th, I hope the weather is as perfect today, all the details are here.
