My We Are Medway Project made the local paper today. The best part of the whole thing is the message on my answering machine from sweet Betty, my neighbor and woman on the front page. She was very excited today when she got her mail; I knew the article was coming but had no idea it would be on the front and sent in many photos for them to choose from. I could not be happier it is Betty. She got 5-6 phone calls, and a couple of visitors talked to her about her new found fame. I am approaching number 100 in the project. I have a particular plan for #99 and #100, and I hope it keeps rolling until next July. For the whole article, you can read it here, or in your copy of the Medway, Millis Local Town delivered locally by mail today, thank you to J.D. O’Gara for the write up. And if you like random info… I have a photo in the other front page article about the incredible Davina McNaney and her run from Boston to NY to raise money and awareness for Breast Cancer research, and that good looking real estate team with the great last name (but no relation to me), well I might have taken that photo too.
