Those who know me might see the family resemblance in this… yesterday I told Anna I was proud of her, without missing a beat her answer was “I was abiding by the law and following society’s expectations of going to school for 13 years.” Yes she was, but it is how she did it that caused the pride. Secretly I was proud of her answer, I expected nothing less, add in the nod to David Bowie on the cap and I think I may have done somethings right as a parent. Turn and face the strange.
