Today marks the end of 6 years of shooting the dailypic, 2191 consecutive days starting back on October 1, 2009. I just went through the year 6 set, and each year takes on a personality to me, this one feels like a 6th child. Kind of did what it wanted, gave me problems, but I was too tired to care. There is a closure each 30th of September. I feel the difference, I get a new energy, refocused, I like beginnings… and endings. To the viewer it might not seem different, but trust me, tomorrow starts something new. I find myself less likely to quit when the numbers are low, for whatever reason the days feel heavier when they are in the 300’s.

Thanks for sharing everyday. Even when we were away I looked forward to seeing what you would post each day. Your eye for the little, the big, the toys, the bands, your children and even your dinner is amazing. Good luck with the 7th child.
