Casper was one the many sessions I had today. In between rain this morning I was at Medfield State Hospital with families, hiding under trees, having fun, meeting dogs and getting photos.  Casper had the coolest shoes, they had dogs for tongues, from that I got the quote of the day. Me: “Casper I love your shoes.” Casper: “They love you too Mr. Tim.”

I had 4 awesome sessions at Medfield State Hospital Campus this morning. Perfect weather, two families I have had multiple sessions with throughout the years, a Senior Portrait session with another friend of timricephoto and Casper (in the photo) and his family. Casper’s my buddy from my neighborhood, but today we met in one of his favorite spots. He just wants to climb and explore… and play in the leaves. I snuck back late this afternoon with my wife, dog and drone to get some photos of the Charles River and foliage. Maybe I will sneak those in as tomorrows photo. They celebrated Joel’s 80th Birthday today and I had the pleasure of documenting it. His friends and family, from all over the country, filled the room to laugh, tell stories and share a meal. I hope the photos I captured help the day live on, Happy Birthday Joel! Here is to many more.

My last wedding of 2014, and what a wedding it was. January 8th I received a very nice email from Melanie, loaded with !!!, CAPS and emoticons asking me if I would be interested in photographing her wedding, in late November, in Maine and I had been looking forward to it since. Sweet is the easiest way to describe this couple, they are 2 of the nicest people I have ever worked with. The way they look at each other, they glow when they are near each other. The first look was priceless, Mike’s jaw literally dropped after I finally let him turn to see his bride.  Thank you to you both for letting me be part of your day.  I will enjoy the next few weeks going through your photos and reliving the day again. Until then I hope you enjoy these peeks.

OK, so it was not ALL about Otis, Otis being the 80lb (just over half-grown) Swiss Mountain dog in the middle. It just made a nice title for the dailypic. Today was his couple’s engagement session. Melanie and Mike, my November Bride and Groom. Any shot Otis was in he took over. Look at that smile, he is awesome, always ready for his photo, so were Melanie and Mike. Was not hard to get a smile out of any of them. I can not wait until November when we can celebrate and take more photos. I did not ask if Otis will be there? I think he would make a great ring bearer… Until then, below are some more from today’s session.
