The team played well, but it was a tough loss for the Tri-Countys Girls Lacrosse team to Bay Path. Plenty more games to go.

Tonight was the girls from the Medway Youth Lacrosse teams turn in front of the camera, 1st to 8th graders. One of the youngest was Audrey. The Under 9s went last and were a blast. Cheering for each other as they got their photos taken, “Audrey, Audrey, Audrey.” It made it really easy to find each girl in my system. Tomorrow night is the boys’ turn.

Great week in LA, Muhammad (got his name off the dashboard) got me to the airport in one piece. According to him, it was record time, considering the traffic. 3 residential neighborhoods, a bunch of glances at the iPhone for directions, he even asked me once if I knew a better way. It was not until we reached the airport that I realized, from the hotel to the terminals, is a flat rate. The longer it takes more he loses… He was awesome, at one point he made his own lane Highway 405 – first class treatment, he is a master at using the directionals, not once did he touch the horn, though I did hear horns a lot on out 45 minute drive. Now I sit and wait for the red-eye, happy for Netflix, House of Cards and my iPad.
