Week 6 of the NFL, Chiefs at Patriots, a national Sunday night game that was worth the slot. I was on the sidelines in an NFL media vest photographing it for Boston Sports Journal. I have covered plenty of High School sports but this was a whole new opportunity and something I had wanted to do for years. Just being on the sideline, seeing the game from that level, interacting with the stadium personnel, other photographers, at times even sharing space with players, an experience I will never forget. Add all of that in with it was just a great game, score after score by both teams, won on a NE field goal, 43-40 as time ran out, pretty great way to spend a night.
