I take no credit for this shoot, this was the plan of my daughter. it was brought to my attention a few weeks back. As soon as dance class ended, we would go to Boston and photograph her in various dance poses. Once class ended, she would use her dance shoes outside. I chose Boston Common as the location, I wanted to incorporate as many people in the scene as we could… that was a debate. We compromised with some here and there.  My favorite shot is the one next to the vendor cart from a distance.  There were plenty of people watching her, and I was far enough away that it took people some time to realize what was going on. Another year older, I now have 2 teenagers. There may not be a more genuine human on the planet. This kid is one of my heroes. I love watching who he will become. We had a blast today, played with the new RC truck he got, got lunch, made a GoPro video of the truck, then his friends invaded my house and geeked out. Check out some action shots of the truck and a video I shot with Dan a couple of days ago, before I filmed one of my Distracted Driving episode. He was unimpressed with being on the show, but I am going to love having this years from now.

Last Saturday night I photographed local singer songwriter Gay Barboza while she entertained diners at Restaurant 3. I highly recommend you go check out her website and look for dates she might come to your area. She put on a great show with a mix of covers and originals. Below I have added more photos and some videos I also captured while I was there. A cover of Pat Bentar’s – We Belong and an original song Supergirl.
