I kicked my November off with an engagement session. Jamie and Matt invited me to capture their special moment — a beautiful setting for two people who were completely camera-ready. I’ve known Matt’s family for as long as I can remember, growing up with his parents and watching him grow up in town with my kids. It was a pleasure meeting Jamie for the first time — they make a great couple. Sharing some of my favorites here as black and whites, saving the color versions for them to see first. I had the honor of an engagement session today. Jenny and Nick were engaged just last week in Woods Hole, and this morning I joined them with my camera to celebrate. We took their gorgeous boat—built by Nick—out to their spot and embraced the quiet. It was a pleasure meeting Jenny, and I’ve known Nick since he was a kid. An incredible couple in a beautiful location. It was a joy to capture this part of their story.

I love all the weddings I get to document—each one is special. But every now and then, one carries a little extra meaning. Yesterday, I had the honor of photographing Ariana and Cam. I’ve known Ariana’s family for most of my life, which made being part of their day even more meaningful.

Surrounded by loved ones, their dog Tucker joined the celebration, Ariana’s “Bubba” performed a heartfelt ceremony, and the heat—while intense—was better than rain. It all took place at one of my favorite venues, Blissful Meadows in Uxbridge.

Congratulations to this wonderful couple and their families. It truly was an honor.
