Just playing around with some lights in the studio today. Superman was sitting there, waiting his turn. So I gave him one. A quick setup, a bold pop of yellow, a bit of shadow. Call it a pose, call it a moment. Either way, he stood for something.

I watched the new Superman movie. I’m not a movie reviewer, and that’s not what brings people here, but I’ll say this—I liked it. It reminded me of how much I enjoyed the Reeves films as a kid. This one was fun, and like those, it humanized Superman (my favorite version of him) and even featured a dog. It was bright, light, and felt positive.

And to clarify, the sky in this photo is real. I extended the edges, but that is the actual sky. Proof is below.
